All methods of deception will be reduced to obtaining a code from SMS, which opens access to the personal account of the victim on the "State Services". Analyst Igor Dodonov predicts that swindlers will convince citizens to withdraw the self-prohibition in order to issue a loan and transfer it to attackers. “However, with the introduction of self-prohibition, the risks of credit fraud should still be significantly reduced,” Dodonov told RIA Novosti. About 1.7 million Russians have established a self-ban on loans through “State Services” for the first two days of work, reported the Ministry on March 3. The median age of the applicant was 53 years.
