This is the result of a three-week expedition of the Arctic Floating University to the archipelagos of Franz Josef Land and Novaya Zemlya, in which the film crew of “Culture News” took part. How have the colors of the Arctic changed over the past 100 years, since the expedition of Georgy Sedov, and what influenced these changes? We will find out after comparing our shootings and color slides made by artist Nikolai Pinegin and first shown in 1914. Watch the movie today at 19:45.
