The survey was conducted on February 28 – March 2 among 1.5 thousand Russians, the statistical error is not more than 3.6%. According to the survey, 81% of Russians said that they trust the President, 10% expressed distrust. About 82% of Russians polled by the FOM believe that Putin is more likely to work well in the presidential post, the opposite opinion is among 7% of respondents. The work of the Russian government is assessed as rather good by 57% of respondents, and Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin was awarded a positive assessment by 60% of the respondents. At the same time, 11% of respondents negatively assessed the work of Mishustin, 23% consider the work of the Cabinet rather bad. In the case of elections to the state Duma next Sunday, 44% of respondents are ready to vote for “United Russia”, 9% of respondents would prefer the Communist party and LDPR, supporters of “Fair Russia”, according to the survey, 3%, another 2% of respondents said that they would vote for “New people”. A week ago, the poll showed an increase in Russians’ trust in Putin by one percentage point, to 81%.
