In Chelyabinsk, the directors of the municipal enterprise and his deputy are suspected of fraud. The criminal scheme in the field of housing and communal services was revealed by employees of the FSB of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region.
According to the investigation, officials for more than a year concluded fictitious contract contracts with affiliated organizations. Thus, it was possible to steal more than two million two hundred thousand rubles. “The unlawful actions of the director of MUP Comet and his deputy, expressed in the commission of fraud on an especially large scale, were revealed. The investigative body of the FSB in respect of the participants of the crime initiated a criminal case on the grounds of the composition of this crime, — said the official representative of the FSB of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region Tatyana Sosnina. It turned out that the organizer of the criminal scheme was the deputy director of the MUP. He was sentenced to remand in custody.
