The Heroes of Kamchatka program was launched in the region, it will allow participants of a special military operation to undergo retraining in the specialty of state and municipal management.
As told TASS in the government of the region, the educational course will be 45 people. Graduates will be included in the reserve or employed in senior positions in the authorities. It is noted that training on the results of the competitive selection will be able to pass both veterans of the SVO and current participants of the operation. During the selection process, a program will be created for them, including educational and mentoring components. Military personnel will be supported in career guidance and integration into the management system.
