Callas’s proposed initiative envisages the provision of EU military assistance to Kiev for 2025, which includes the supply of weapons, including air defense systems, the expansion of the training program for Ukrainian military in the EU. Earlier, the head of diplomacy of the European Union said that the time for discussing peace in Ukraine has not yet come.
