To drive away the aggressive animals that attacked her, helped a woman passing by. The schoolgirl was hospitalized, she had multiple bitten wounds of the head, face, torso and limbs. "According to preliminary data, some of the attacking dogs belong to a woman living in a private house near the park," the IC said. Local residents said they regularly run away from home and behave aggressively. At the same time, the dog owner has twice been brought to administrative responsibility for non-compliance with the requirements for the maintenance of pets, but she has not taken proper measures to isolate them. The investigation will establish the severity of the harm caused to the health of the child. In addition, a legal assessment of the activities of officials of local self-government bodies and those responsible for organizing the capture and maintenance of stray animals will be given, the regional department of the IC noted.
