The opening of the season depends on weather conditions. Special attention will be paid to improving travel safety, the press service of the Moscow Department of Transport and Road Transport Infrastructure Development told TASS. It will be possible to rent a scooter in Moscow only after passing verification through Mos ID. To do this, you will need a full account on the portal mos.ru, – said the Agency interlocutor. Thus, children and adolescents will be excluded from the service, as well as they will be able to identify violators of traffic rules and block them from accessing the rental of personal mobility (SIM). You can register on the portal and increase the level of the account without waiting for the start of the season, the department said.
