A single deadline for submitting documents for all applicants was introduced – from June 20. The reception for the budget for all programs ends on September 1, and for the contract on October 1. The maximum number of specialties for which an applicant can apply in each university is five, RIA Novosti reported. Enrollment in budget places now occurs not on the original document on education, but on the application for consent to enrollment, which can be submitted through “Public Services”. Also through the portal you can submit documents for admission to the magistracy. All applicants with a foreign passport will pass the Russian language exam without fail. The exception will be those educational programs, which are taught from the first year in a foreign language.
