Today, in a small but important for the city agenda of the extended hardware meeting of the Novgorod City Hall, the first item was also the award. Fulfilling the order of the President, Mayor Alexander Rozbaum presented the honorary citizen of Veliky Novgorod Nikolai Varukhin with the jubilee medal "80 years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War". Congratulations were given to two more participants of the meeting - Maxim Molchanov, appointed Deputy Head of the Administration of Veliky Novgorod for Construction, Architecture and Property Relations, as well as Nikolai Dementyev, who got rid of the prefix of acting in the title of his position - Director of the MKU "Urban Economy". Cleaning the city, which is responsible for this institution, in the discussion, by the way, was the second issue. Profile Vice-Mayor summed up the work in the winter and shared plans for the spring. Veliky Novgorod is scheduled to be put in order by May 9. In addition, the meeting participants were told about preventive visits within the framework of municipal control, explaining that these are not inspections, but conversations aimed at preventing violations. More than four thousand children and adolescents are going to improve their health in municipal country camps. Day camps and labor and recreation camps will receive almost 5.5 thousand young Novgorod residents. They also talked about changes in the award system of the city administration: it was replenished with a new type of incentive - the diploma "Best mentor" (four have already been awarded). And a new award - a medal "For contribution to the development of Veliky Novgorod" of two degrees.
