About the sentence Konstantin Dubinin reported the Prosecutor’s office of the Moscow region. It is noted that the court found the man guilty under part 2 of article 245 of the criminal code ("Cruelty to animals"). “The court sentenced the offender to punishment in the form of forced labor for a period of three years and six months with withholding from wages 20 percent of the state’s income,” the prosecutor’s office said in a statement. The incident occurred on September 20, 2024. 50-year-old Konstantin Dubinin tied two dogs to his car and at high speed dragged them along the pavement.
