In February of this year, he arrived from the Krasnodar Territory in the city of Nizhnevartovsk, where he rented an apartment in which he packaged a wholesale batch of drugs bought over the Internet for small doses. At the place of residence, police officers seized packaging material and scales, the statement said. In his apartment, police found packaging materials and scales.
