In the Tomsk region began accepting applications for participation in the regional program "Our Heroes". It is aimed at training management personnel from among veterans of a special military operation. This was reported in the press service of the regional administration.
The program prepares SVO veterans and volunteers for work in government and management positions. After training, participants can get a job in regional authorities, local governments, legislative bodies and party structures, enterprises and financial institutions. βRegistration on the project website is available until March 31. The project includes remote, face-to-face stages, internships and employment of participants who have successfully passed all stages, the report said. The head of the Tomsk region, Vladimir Mazur, who initiated the program, said that he would help participants develop their managerial skills. He also called on his deputies to join in this work.
