According to the judicial authorities, the defendant in November 2023 through the Internet joined an organized group for the distribution of prohibited drugs. After that, he received from the organizer of the criminal business about 175 grams of a substance containing a derivative of methylephedron, packaged it for single doses and placed 15 of them in hiding places in Khabarovsk for sale to potential buyers. The young man kept the remaining drugs at home for later sale. However, he failed to realize his intention, the drug dealer was detained by law enforcement officers. The court found the man guilty of attempted illegal sale of drugs on a large scale, committed by an organized group using the Internet. The convicted person will serve his sentence in a strict regime colony. He must also pay a fine of 20,000 rubles. Currently, the sentence has not entered into force and can be appealed.
