More than half a million will pay the owners of the dog for its attack near Novosibirsk

In the Iskitimsky district of the Novosibirsk region dog owners will pay more than half a million rubles for the attack of the dog on the neighbor. Information about this was published in the group “Courts of General Jurisdiction of the Novosibirsk Region” in the social network “Vkontakte”. According to the court, the defendants were the owners of a large breed of dog and kept it on the plot adjacent to their apartment. One day, the dog broke off the chain, climbed over to the adjacent area of the plaintiff and attacked Inna. Cries for help from Inna’s apartment ran her underage son and released their little dog, which distracted the neighbor’s dog. Inna and her son managed to hide in the house. The woman received serious injuries during the attack: multiple bites, an open fragmented fracture of the right hand with displacement and an open fracture of the fifth metacarpal bone of the left hand, abrasions, wounds and bruises. The woman was treated for almost 70 days. In addition, the boy, before whose eyes the dog tormented his mother, caused moral suffering and experiences, he even had to be taken to a psychologist. Iskitimsky district court of the Novosibirsk region satisfied the claim of Inna to the neighbors, in favor of the child recovered compensation for moral damage in the amount of 60 thousand rubles, in favor of Inna in compensation for lost earnings due to damage to health, taking into account indexation recovered 236 964,13 rubles. Also, the defendant is obliged to compensate for damages - 33,600 rubles; the costs of drawing up a claim five thousand rubles and compensate 250 thousand rubles for moral damage. The total amount is 525 564.13 rubles. The court decision has not entered into legal force. Earlier, Vesti Novosibirsk wrote that in the Iskitimsky district will pay 140 thousand rubles to children bitten by street dogs. The Iskitim prosecutor's office has identified three cases in which stray dogs bit minors and prosecuted local authorities.
