Iskitimsky district court of the Novosibirsk region sent two brothers to prison for robbing a store. Information about this was published in the group "Courts of General Jurisdiction of the Novosibirsk Region" in the social network "Vkontakte". The court found that Eduard and Vadim Bakharev, being drunk, entered the trading pavilion. Vadim approached the seller behind the counter and pushed her in the left shoulder. Faced with violence, the woman decided to leave the shopping pavilion to call for help. But the road was blocked by Edward standing at the door, who made sure that no one entered the store. He pushed the woman in the chest, she began to resist, pushed the man away and ran outside. The Baharevs stole from the cash register 28 750 rubles and cigarettes in the amount of 1481 rubles 86 kopecks. The brothers in court fully admitted their guilt and made reparations. The court found the Novosibirsk citizens guilty under article "Robbery, that is, open theft of other people's property, committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, with the use of violence not dangerous to life and health" of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced Vadim to 3.5 years of imprisonment in a correctional colony of strict regime, and Eduard to three years and three months of imprisonment in a penal colony of general regime. The sentence has not entered into force. Earlier, Vesti Novosibirsk wrote that an unexpected guest with a knife robbed an 81-year-old grandmother in an apartment. A criminal case was opened under the article "Robby", the question of choosing a preventive measure is decided.
