In the Afghan square Mozdok held a rally in memory of residents of the area who died in military conflicts. The youths of the boarding school prepared portraits of soldiers-internationalists, whose names are carved on the memorial plate at the monument “Granata”. More than 120 residents of the Mozdok region performed international duty in Afghanistan. Eight of them were awarded the Order of the Red Star. Every year, residents of the area gather at the memorial to honor the memory of the victims.
