The Deputy Prime Minister added that the presence of developed domestic technologies is necessary to improve the advanced sectors of the Russian economy. On the eve of the official representative of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia Maria Zakharova said that for the return of foreign companies to Russia it is necessary that they respect the history of the country. Dmitry Tomilin, a member of the Presidium of the Russian Council of Shopping Centers (RSTC), said that foreign brands will pay an “entrance ticket” for returning to Russia.
