The Ukrainian delegation will include the head of Zelensky’s office Andriy Yermak, as well as Foreign Minister Andrei Sibiga and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov. The United States will be represented by Secretary of State Marco Rubio, National Security Adviser Mike Waltz and Special Envoy Stephen Whitcoff.
