Transactions with shares, including conversion in the event of reorganization, can be made by subsidiaries. The President’s decision was made within the framework of the decree of 2022 on special economic measures in the financial, fuel and energy spheres due to unfriendly actions of foreign states. Earlier it became known that Putin instructed Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) Alexander Shokhin to ensure the process of relocation of Russian companies from unfriendly countries.
