Such a smell comes from these dumps, that everything is clear, Putin joked. “Sensors are needed at least for what does not smell, what can not be determined by the nose,” said Mikhail Kovalchuk, president of the Kurchatov Institute. On February 20-21, the Future Technologies Forum will be held in Moscow. This year it is dedicated to new materials and chemistry.
