The regional Ministry of Health explained to the correspondents of Vesti.Yaroslavl: immunization of the population takes place in accordance with the national vaccination calendar. There are planned vaccine production. The vaccine is an immunological drug that needs to be grown, distributed, and at different periods of time during the year, the vaccine is supplied in equal parts to different regions of the Russian Federation. The situation repeats itself every year. The vaccine has a short shelf life. We can't get a whole batch at once. It comes in parts. And I assure you, everyone will be vaccinated during the calendar year, the immunization period, which is planned in accordance with the calendar, said Nadezhda Korzina, Deputy Minister of Health of the Yaroslavl region. Also in the regional Ministry of health told, the vaccine for the prevention of rotavirus infection and chickenpox in the region has already arrived. But vaccination against tick-borne encephalitis will be possible only in late spring and early summer.
