The second place in the ranking of countries with the largest gold reserves is Germany (3.35% of thousand tons), Italy (2.45 thousand tons), France (2.44 thousand tons), Russia (2.34 thousand tons) closes the top five. Next are China with 2.28,000 tons of gold, Switzerland (1.04 thousand tons), India (0.88 thousand tons), Japan (0.85 thousand tons) and the Netherlands (0.61 thousand tons). According to experts of the Swiss financial holding UBS, this year the central banks of various countries will continue to stock up on gold, and the volume of its purchase will reach 900 tons.
