Ex-heads of “Moskonsert” was awarded a fine for fraud with awards

The Savelovsky district court of Moscow imposed a fine on the former deputy general director of Moskconcert Maxim Shatkovsky, accused of receiving a bribe in the amount of more than 900 thousand rubles. A similar punishment was imposed on the former head of the economic department Vladislav Lyubichev, who was suspected of mediating in the transfer of bribes.

According to the publication “Kommersant”, the Prosecutor during the debate demanded for Shatkovsky a fine of 700 thousand rubles. At the same time, the court appointed the defendant a fine of 70 thousand rubles, reducing it by another 10 thousand, taking into account the man’s detention for three months. The amount of the fine for Lyubichev was also reduced by 10 times, the final figure was 60 thousand rubles, which was also reduced to 50 thousand. According to the investigation, Shatkovsky in the period from December 2022 to August 2023 through Lyubichev received funds from employees of the organization. According to the prosecution, subordinates shared their bonuses as a sign of gratitude for time off, patronage or free schedule. In total, Shatkovsky received about 923 thousand rubles. At the same time, the investigation revealed that the funds went to an informal fund and were used to cover the organization’s ongoing expenses, such as cleaning the territory, plumbing repairs and transportation services.
