The Tagansky court of Moscow sentenced Russian rapper Nikita Polyakov, also known under the pseudonym Shaini, to a monetary fine for posting songs with offensive lyrics and obscene language on the Internet, such data are contained in court documents.
According to RIA Novosti, a complaint against the rapper to law enforcement officers was addressed by a certain citizen who was indignant about the upcoming concerts of the musician. The police conducted a check, as a result of which linguists established that the submitted materials have obscene and taboo vocabulary, names of genital organs and actions with them. As a result, a protocol was drawn up in relation to Polyakov because of "manifestation of clear disrespect for society" by performing and distributing such songs "contrary to public morality." However, Shiney himself did not appear in court. As a result, the court decided to impose a fine on him under the article of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation on petty hooliganism. The exact amount of the fine for the rapper is not called, but according to some data, we can talk about the amount from 30 to 100 thousand rubles. Nikita Polyakov is 20 years old, he is from Omsk. On "Yandex.Music" over the past month, his compositions were listened to by 875 thousand people. The most popular track Yeyo! on YouTube has collected about 24 million views.
