Rapper Ligalysis left in Russia debts of more than 400 thousand rubles

As a source in law enforcement agencies told TASS, executive proceedings on the recovery of debts from the musician were opened during 2024. Two of them relate to credit debt, two more – the collection of taxes and fees, said the Agency interlocutor. "The total amount of the musician's debts before leaving Russia is at least 412 thousand rubles," the source said. At the same time, according to the information of the Bank of the Federal bailiff service, enforcement proceedings on the recovery of debt on loans in the amount of 291 thousand 592 rubles 85 kopecks and two enforcement proceedings on the collection of taxes and fees against Menshikov were terminated due to the inability to establish the location of the debtor and his property. Ligalyz was entered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the register of foreign agents on December 27, 2024. The musician left Russia in the summer of 2023. He posted an anti-war clip and allegedly moved to Latvia.
