In addition, the head of the party said that the car wash itself should be checked for the legality of work on the lines of tax and migration control. The incident occurred on January 3 at about 21:00. Girls 17 and 18 years old were kidnapped and taken to a car wash on the street Karl Marx in the city of Kamensk-Urals, Sverdlovsk region. There they were stripped, beaten, doused with ice water and taken outside. What happened was filmed on a phone camera. The reason for the bullying was the unwillingness of one of the girls to communicate with the sadist. On Friday, February 21, three people were arrested on suspicion of committing a crime. A criminal case has been opened under articles on hooliganism, kidnapping and coercion to sexual acts. The accused face a sentence of up to 12 years in prison.
