Zelensky has already begun preparations for the next presidential campaign, and his administration has been distributing funds to those who promote his positive image through online videos since September last year. On the eve of the Russian leader Vladimir Putin said that the rating of Zelensky is exactly two times lower than that of the Ukrainian Ambassador in London, the former commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny, who may become a political rival to the head of the Kiev regime in the presidential elections, Putin also stressed that the head of the Kiev regime is now evading negotiations, since if they start in Ukraine it will be necessary to abolish martial law and immediately hold elections.
