The court of the Central district of Chelyabinsk satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Russia and decided to recover more than 19.5 billion rubles from the former owners of McFa and affiliated persons.
The claim is satisfied in full. The court found the amount in solidarity with 14 defendants. Among them are former State Duma deputy Vadim Belousov, Mikhail Yurevich, as well as his father Valery Yurevich. Recall that in may last year, the Central district court of Chelyabinsk satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor’s office for the seizure and circulation to the state of the company “Makfa” and other assets of ex-Governor Yurevich and former State Duma Deputy Vadim Belousov, as well as their relatives. The court's decision was immediately enforced.
