It is known that the future defendants appropriated almost half of the budget for repairs – 12 out of 30 million rubles. “The police suspected two residents of the Republic of Bashkortostan of committing fraud,” the ministry said in a statement. Currently, the founder of the contractor company is in the process – a 34-year-old man convicted of fraud and a 38-year-old director of the company. According to the investigation, after the first stage of work, the attackers withdrew 11.8 million rubles to the accounts of controlled companies. The money was transferred under the guise of paying for services that businessmen were not going to provide. Currently, a criminal case has been initiated under the article on fraud on an especially large scale. The merchants were detained, in the near future the court will elect them a measure of restraint.
