📝 Summary
Savelovsky court in Moscow will consider the claim from more than 100 shareholders of the Dutch Yandex N.V. for about 7 billion rubles, follows from court documents.
Initially, the claim was submitted to the Moscow Arbitration Court. “To send a civil case <...> about the obligation to buy the shares owned by the shareholders or to carry out their exchange for consideration in the Savelovsky district court of Moscow”, – stated in the decision of the Moscow city court, available to the Agency RIA Novosti. It is specified that minority shareholders of Yandex N.V. require to exchange their shares for securities of the Russian "Yandex" or to buy them at a market price of 4250 rubles apiece. The total amount of claims is about 7 billion rubles. Initially, the lawsuit in the interests of 90 persons was filed by Alexander Batluk, later he was joined by another 30-40 persons. In February last year, Yandex N.V. announced the sale of its separately allocated Russian business, Yandex PJSC, for 475 billion rubles to a consortium of private investors from Russia. The main owner was ZPIF "Consortium. First", headed by managers of "Yandex".
