Khoroshevsky court of Moscow sentenced an employee of the point of delivery of orders Wildberries to forced labor for the theft of goods for 356 thousand rubles.
The man developed a scheme by which he ordered goods, scanned them, but canceled the order, and then removed positions from the system to hide the fact of the theft. The list of the abducted included a variety of goods: from clothes and books to a window washer robot and a bracelet worth 33 thousand rubles. The total damage amounted to 356,462 rubles, follows from the court materials available to RIA Novosti. In court, the accused pleaded guilty, explaining his actions by the difficult financial situation. The court recovered 326 thousand rubles from him in favor of the Wildberries, and also appointed a year and a half of forced labor with a deduction of 10% of wages. During the investigation, he paid part of the damage – 30 thousand rubles.
