The number of cases of acute intestinal infection as a result of mass poisoning in Yakutsk has increased to 80 people, a criminal case has been opened, the SU ICR for Yakutia reported.
According to the investigation, the first signs of poisoning in patients of the Republican center of medical rehabilitation and sports medicine, as well as caring for them persons appeared in the evening of February 27. The next day, 80 people, including 24 children, went to the doctors. Now three adults are in the infectious ward in a state of moderate severity of the disease. In other patients, the disease proceeds in a mild form, they are provided with medical care. A criminal case was initiated under the article on the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of consumer health safety.
