The project "Efficient Region" is being implemented in the Tyumen region with the support of "Rosatom".

In the Tyumen region, together with "Rosatom," 170 projects have been launched as part of the "Efficient Region" program. 103 of them have been successfully implemented. Deputy General Director for Production System Development of the State Corporation Sergey Obozov visited Tyumen on a working visit. Together with Governor Alexander Moor, he saw positive effects in some institutions. Tyumen School No. 22 became a participant in the "Efficient Region" program a year and a half ago. Both teachers and students underwent training. The first results were reported to Sergey Obozov and Alexander Moor. Changes have already affected the entrance group, minimizing the accumulation of students. Flows were separated in the school cafeteria. There was a noticeable increase in students' interest in duty. The project presented to the guests contributed to this. Modern technologies have been implemented in this school, significantly improving the situation. In 2024, the school was recognized as a local model according to the methodology of the State Corporation "Rosatom." Five more projects are currently in progress, including improving the adaptation of young teachers. The "Efficient Region" program is being implemented in other educational institutions in the Tyumen region. Thanks to the training program, the detection time of natural fires at the Tyumen airbase has been reduced from 180 to 112 minutes. In total, with the expert support of "Rosatom," 1650 employees of organizations in the region have undergone training in lean projects in various areas of life: healthcare, education, investment policy, and others. The results of the working trip were summarized at a meeting. They also discussed the establishment of an enhanced project office for the "Efficient Region" program in the Tyumen region with the assistance of the State Corporation and a new national project "Labor Productivity." The main achievement, according to the head of the region, is the improvement in the quality of public services and the reduction of waiting time. Cooperation with the State Corporation "Rosatom" will continue.
