It turned out that the owner of several apartments on the lower floor of the apartment building converted one of them into a sauna. He rents it and other premises for daily rent. Sometimes visitors create noise, violating the right of residents to rest at night. “In the bailiffs’ office of the Soviet district of Tomsk there is a court decision that it is necessary to return the apartment to its original condition and remove the iron door illegally installed on the first floor. But bailiffs for a long time do not take the necessary actions to implement the court decision and bring the perpetrator to justice, – stated in the message. It is noted that the police do not always respond properly to the numerous complaints of neighbors. In this regard, the district prosecutor's office made submissions to the head of the regional department of the bailiff service and the head of the district police department. “Also, the district prosecutor’s office provided the residents of the house with legal assistance in the preparation of a claim for the recognition of illegal actions of the owner to provide apartments for short-term use,” the statement said. Now the district prosecutor's office keeps under control the consideration of submissions and the actual elimination of violations of citizens' housing rights.
