The water level on the rivers of Udmurtia remains below the annual average values of February. Such data were recorded on Monday, February 24, the press service of the regional Hydrometeorological Center reported. Average daily air temperatures last week were observed near and below climatic norms. There was little snow in most parts of the country every day. The exception was Sunday, February 23. According to the snow survey from February 20, the height of the snow cover is lower and about normal. Compared to the last decade, on average in Udmurtia, it increased by eight centimeters. Moisture reserves in the snow in the republic are about and above normal, it is 18 mm more than in the last decade. On the rivers of Udmurtia there is a winter vein with slight fluctuations in water levels and ice with wormwood. The thickness of the ice remains below normal.
