For the first time exhibited three two-storey wooden houses. “Investors will be able to rent buildings at the addresses: Sovetskaya St., 8v (about 218 sq. m.), Herzen St., 15a (about 275 sq. m.) and Sovetskaya St., 106 (1,150 sq. m.), where the house church of Panteleimon the Healer was previously located,” the report said. The initial rental price of objects put up for auction is from 78.9 to 419.8 thousand rubles per year. Bidding will be held on March 25 at 10:00, applications are accepted around the clock until Sunday, March 23. Details can be found on the website "Municipal bidding of the City of Tomsk". Earlier, Vesti.Tomsk reported that the prosecutor's office oversees the repair of some wooden houses in Tomsk.
