60 million rubles were allocated for organizing trips of Tomsk athletes to the competitions

From 2019 to 2024, more than 400 million rubles were allocated for the development of sports infrastructure and support for athletes in the Tomsk region within the framework of the project “Sports is the norm of life”. 6 municipal sports facilities were repaired, a complex was built in the village of Molchanovo, 180 courtyard and school grounds were installed. Our priority for the coming years will be the development of sports infrastructure in the Tomsk region. This is especially true of Tomsk. At the initiative of the Governor in 2024, an additional 40 million rubles were allocated to finance sports schools in the region and the procedure for financing our sports federations was revised; their funding will also be increased. We further clarify the criteria and create a public commission that will determine its order and scope. The commission will include representatives of the deputy corps, public chamber, sports department, universities. Our task is to make the system of support for sports federations as open as possible, Natalia Kiselyova said. In 2025, the construction of the ice palace is planned to be completed in Asino. And in 2026, thanks to the support of the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, a sports fijital center and a modular pool on the left bank of the Tom River will be opened in Tomsk. In addition, Natalia Kiseleva said that currently actively working on the creation of a sports complex for sambo in the region.
