Residents, enterprises, schoolchildren of the Kalinin district collected another humanitarian cargo for the soldiers of the SVO

The gum cargo included 30 cubic meters of lumber and 5 tons of products and things necessary for soldiers on the front line: tools, trench candles, thermal imagers and other equipment. Children with the support of librarians of the district prepared postcards for the Defender of the Fatherland Day. Comprehensive and systematic work on sending vehicles, lumber, equipment, communications and other necessary things to the SVO zone is carried out on behalf of the Governor Igor Rudeni, as well as on the initiative of residents of the region, public organizations, enterprises, volunteers. Municipal elders took an active part in the organization of the gathering in the Kalinin district - there are more than 300 of them in the district. “The people of the district were very happy to participate in the action. The people of the city of Tver also joined us. Thank you so much for your response! said Alexei Marinin, head of the village of Krupshevo. Gum cargoes in the district have been collected since 2022. Large volumes of timber are sent by the municipality’s woodworking enterprises – over the entire period of the action, more than 1500 cubic meters were collected. The work includes schoolchildren who mastered the manufacture of trench candles. In addition, students of the district regularly send letters and greeting cards to the fighters. The regular participants of the action "According to the Call of the Heart" are teachers and students of Emmaus High School. For the institution, this is the 11th collection. More than 30 parcels, more than 350 letters from children were sent from the school to the SVO zone. “I am the mother of a participant of the SVO”, – shared the Deputy Director of the school Tatiana Galashan. I think that not only the mothers of the Kalinin district, but the whole of Russia will join me now. Son, we love you, we are proud of you, we are waiting home.
