Works of Sergey Kuznetsov presented in the “bad apartment”

And even articles about the fighting in Paris for the newspaper "Worker". “Bulgakov usually gives us the opportunity to get acquainted with the culture of this city, with its traditions, with its noise. And it rarely happens that Bulgakov shows just cities, chaotic or structurally scattered across the earth. After all, the face of the city is its inhabitants. And in this sense of the word, we are almost always faced with such a Bulgakov study, says Deputy Director of the Museum Mikhail Bulgakov, curator of the exhibition Ivan Nazarov. Sergey Kuznetsov created almost all the works specifically for this exhibition. He says it takes a little, much more time to create an image. Artist, chief architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov: These are years of grinding skill, these are reflections. Before you compose the work, you must first think about what it will be, how to do it, some sketches are made. I've been drawing since I was very, very young, and it's many, many thousands of hours, and I think all those hours in every work, they reflect. This is the first collaboration of Sergei Olegovich as an artist with a literary museum. This is also our first experience. And I'm also joking that it's so neighborly. Moskomarchitecture, and we, on the contrary, why not do something together, says Valentin Agafonova, director of the Mikhail Bulgakov Museum. For the exhibition, an educational program was developed – about the geography of Bulgakov’s works, about how Moscow looks in the early editions of The Master and Margarita, and what his imaginary Paris is.
