Commenting on Lekornu’s statements that Russia could allegedly use “Slavic and Chechen networks” in France to conduct “hybrid warfare” and organize terrorist attacks, Zakharova noted that Moscow is accustomed to Paris’ anti-Russian rhetoric. “It seems that too close communication with the neo-Nazi regime in Kiev leads to the fact that the minister himself imbued with his ideology,” the Russian Foreign Ministry’s press service said. Zakharova pointed out that xenophobic, bordering on racist statements indicate a desire to stigmatize entire ethnic groups. “We hear this from the representative of a country that calls itself the birthplace of human rights.
