She explained that she wanted to update the phone and found a suitable ad on the social network. The woman wrote off with the seller to clarify the availability of the desired model. The interlocutor notified about the possibility of delivery and indicated the price - 112 thousand rubles. Since the cost was slightly lower than in the salons, the citizen concluded a contract and transferred money to the number of the owner. In turn, he promised to transfer the order to the delivery service, but instead stopped answering calls and deleted correspondence. The victim asked the police for help. On this fact, a criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Part 2 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Fraud". The Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Republic of Komi encourages you to make purchases in trusted online stores or in person in communication salons.
