African designer Musavenkosi Matebu presented his autumn-winter collection at Moscow Fashion Week. In an interview with Russia 24, Matebu said that he created clothes taking into account Russian realities.
The designer noted that he came to Moscow to study with Russian colleagues, then he will transfer the knowledge gained to African fashion designers. I came to Moscow, so I had to pay tribute to presenting my collection in Moscow. If I were to show somewhere in Africa, despite the fact that this is a winter collection, I would not use such fabrics, because in Africa the weather conditions are different. Moscow Fashion Week started in the Arena. Almost two hundred Russian designers, as well as foreign fashion designers presented their collections in the capital.
