Earlier we wrote about the fact that the mother of the child said that her son was abused in a psychiatric hospital in the city. He returned from the facility with a bruise and a bite on his back. At the same time, the hospital noted that no incidents related to the child were found. “Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Tomsk region on these facts check (Article 117 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation)”, – stated in the message. The head of the region’s investigative committee, Andrei Shchukin, must report to Bastrykin on the incident.
