According to the Agency, local residents announced the discovery in the area of Chernyshevskoye highway place of disposal of animals. After receiving the appeal, a procedural check was carried out, the information was confirmed. "Cadavers of dogs have been found in an industrial area with signs of ill-treatment," the statement said. During the proceedings, another place was found where the massacre of animals occurred. The investigation conducted by the police is under prosecutorial control.
