Deputies also approved a bill that will help regulate the work of summer verandas at Novgorod cafes. The new concept of “seasonal visitor service hall” will be filled with meaning, designate and streamline the requirements that must be met to obtain a special document allowing the operation of summer verandas and outdoor halls in the coming summer. And another topic: Borovichi, Novgorod, Chudovsky, Parfinsky, Okulovsky and Shimsky districts were transformed into districts following the results of this meeting.
