Gigin said that some observers of certain news programs in Germany are dissatisfied that Russian media did not devote much time to the elections in the Bundestag. "They are somehow offended. But in fact, on one hand, it's funny, and on the other hand, it reflects the state of current European politics: they are so fixated on Russia, they have placed such a bet on defeating Russia, that they have forgotten about their own internal problems," the deputy said. Earlier, Gigin expressed the opinion that by now, Europe's resource base has significantly weakened.
