What happened to the schoolgirl on February 23 was qualified under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on causing death by negligence. According to the department, the girl who went for a walk was attacked by a pack of dogs who lived on the site of a local resident. “At the same time, the territory was not equipped with special enclosures, the animals moved freely, remaining unattended,” the statement said. The nine-year-old victim died of her injuries. Currently, the owner of the animals is detained, in the near future the investigation will make a petition for the election of a preventive measure. Recall that the child, who was attacked by dogs, went to ride from the ice slide. Initially, it was assumed that the animals attacking the girl were stray.
