The Governor of the Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov reported a tragic incident involving a child on the outskirts of Stavropol.
On Sunday, February 23, a nine-year-old girl went to ride from an ice slide in the area of Chapaeva Street. A schoolgirl was attacked by a pack of homeless dogs, the child died from his injuries. “Deep condolences to the child’s family. This case is egregious. All municipalities should respond to it, the head of the region wrote in his Telegram channel. Currently, law enforcement officers work at the place of emergency, all the circumstances of the tragedy are established, the necessary investigative actions are carried out. The governor also demanded that subordinates conduct an inspection of the performance of duties by officials responsible for working with homeless animals.
