"The court examined the material, studied the data on the identity of the defendant, and, taking into account the circumstances of the child's death, granted the investigator's request," the messenger reports. It is worth noting that the tragedy occurred on February 23. A pack of dogs attacked a girl who was walking near the house where the animals were kept. The child died from multiple bites. A criminal case has been opened for causing death by negligence. According to the investigation, the dogs were roaming freely without enclosures. Knowing the potential danger, the citizen did not ensure the safety of those around her, clarified in court.
